In typical slack management style the county has let taxpayer money go for shoddy work. I'm waiting to see the big improvements promised now that upper management supposedly has been replaced with someone that can read and write reports and schedules.
Time will tell.
I guess county money grows on trees!
Who paved it wrong the forst time?
Does anyone know who had the last contract? Please tell us.
yes. good question. who paved it wrong the first time and why did the county pay them for a bad job.
Who is paying? Will it be just the county or a combination with the city? By reading Walter’s news it appears only the county will eat the bill. Where is the money coming from? With Roberta Drive largely contained within the city limits, is the county funding city projects? I can understand that city residents are also county residents but it also appears that our commissioners go to great lengths to appease the city and neglect many county projects. Just how many county residents live on dirt roads that they would like to see paved? I believe the commissioners have too many county priorities in the wrong place.
I may be basing my opinion on too little information but the story (news) is not complete and opinions need a starting point. Attention county residents; that’s our money that 5 people are spending and it appears it is always the same 3 eagerly wanting to spend it in the city.
Who paved it wrong the forst time?? Was it a GOB friend?
