at the first, held at noon, it earmarked $500,000 in eip grant funding it has received for water and sewer facilities to serve the general protecht plant.
at the second, held at 6:30 p.m., it accepted public input on a cdbg grant fund application for water/fire suppression improvements in the area of akins street. this project has not yet been funded.
