gordon student killed by allegedly drunken driver...

When the cops caught him after he tried to run from the accident, they should have beat the sh@t out of him.
He should be held accountable.
He had the good sense not to drink but he surrendered all his rights when he decided to tip the bottle.
Alcohol may be a sickness but it's a chosen sickness. It shouldn't be allowed to be an excuse.
