money well spent or money wasted...
omaha mall shooter robert hawkins, who killed eight people, was diagnosed as homicidal at age 14. the state of nebraska spent some $265,000 in taxpayer funds to treat him to no avail.
yes, he left untreated would probably killed sooner, more often, and more people......you cant not try to help people...preachers may not believe someone is going to change, but they have to preach to them and try to change them...same for psychiatrists.....for every one that they dont help, they help 12....what do you rednecks want to do...shoot the mentally ill before they shoot someone....that is just like Bush's iraq policy.....we need Rudy.G.
