what do the insiders hear about this.
one person told me there were well over 100 applicants for the vacancy.
And my sources say there have been well near 100 inquiries about the job with more than half of that number actually submitting resumes. I am told those interested come from all walks of coaching. From men of great character to great educators. Men with college coaching and playing experience and men with championship backgrounds. The process of defining exactly what kind of man the Lamar County football program needs is underway and a new coach, hopefully, will be named soon after the beginning of the new year.

Have they begun interviewing for the position yet? What teaching jobs will be available for the coach?
