I run a business and dont have a problem finding people that want to work. In fact I turn away people all of the time.If you want to complain about lazy people, you can blame the govt for that too. People get more to sit on their ass and have as many babies as possible. Most places require drug screens and run background checks prior to hiring and do random drug screens. A chicken processing plant was raided a few months ago. The next day, there were lines around the building with legal citizens to fill the jobs.

Illegal aliens create a micro economy that leaches from the larger economy. Since they send most of their income back to Mexico, it doesn't provide any benefits to the economy here. Not to mention no tax contributions.
3 million manufacturing jobs have departed offshore from the United States since the year 2000. That is causing increased competition for the remaining jobs here. At some point soon, the "tipping point" will be reached and the illegal aliens will find themselves trying for the same jobs citizens are seeking. When that competition sharpens, the 200 million guns available in this country will come out and the "fun" will kick off.

Companies are aware of this and many do not do yearly follow ups anymore because it affects their labor pool so much. if we want to stop the problem them start rounding them up and hauling them to I.N.S.

You all should go talk to the people that run the village photo shoppe on 341. they will tell you about their nightmare immigrating here from canada. they did everything legal, and it took them almost ten years to become permanent residents. the business apparently is what kept them going. you want to hear how much our immigration laws are screwed up go see them, they will tell you all about it. a real eye opener if you ask me!

I often wonder if all the BMW driving, convenience store/hotel operating persons of indian descent are getting rich not paying income taxes, or if they just know something I don't know. Exactly how long can they go without paying taxes in this country?
I have heard that as long as they return to their own country for a certain amount of time each year that they are not required to claim citizenship and therefore do not have to pay any taxes at all and they also get tax free government loans to set theirselves up in business. An American has to pay all kinds of charges to get their business started and they pay back loans with interest. Send them all back until they pay the American people back all of the benefits that they have stolen from us. If it's right for foreigners to come over here and take our jobs and our benefits then its right that they should have to pay back with double the interest. It's hard to even find a doctor or should I say a specialist who can speak the English language so that it can be understood by the common American. I know my husband has to go to a specialist which is a person from India and I have to go with him just so we can understand what is being said. and it is my understanding that these specialist have been in this country since 1973 and they still can't speak the english language very well.

If businesses follow the law concerning employee documentation, then illegals will not get hired, which will keep them from coming here.

An American has to pay all kinds of charges to get their business started and they pay back loans with interest. Send them all back until they pay the American people back all of the benefits that they have stolen from us. If it's right for foreigners to come over here and take our jobs and our benefits then its right that they should have to pay back with double the interest. It's hard to even find a doctor or should I say a specialist who can speak the English language so that it can be understood by the common American. I know my husband has to go to a specialist which is a person from India and I have to go with him just so we can understand what is being said. and it is my understanding that these specialist have been in this country since 1973 and they still can't speak the english language very well.

Anon 6:54 I see some ignorance lies on your part because if you read my post correctly you would understand that i was saying that you should go talk to these people who did it legally and listen to them and how they were treated. there were many times they would go to the immigration office and be treated differently because they were white not because they were from canada. it's the asians, the mexicans, the blacks, and who ever else is not white running your borders and immigration. You are the one who needs to go with the liberals because you seem to be as ignorant as they are.
How could someone who wants to be here legally be treated with such disrespect and be forced to pay tens of thousands of dollars and it take 10 years, when a mexican can come across the border illegally and claim he was running from his country go unnoticed for how ever many years, bring his family over have babies who now collect medicaid, wic, food stamps, attend our school system with out having to pay dime!

They pay taxes just like you and I do. So because they pay taxes you are saying that they don't have any right to come and live here. Or are you just disgruntled because they didn't give you job, or are they taking jobs away from you?
All of their employees are American citizens, so you are also saying then to take jobs away from American citizens who also pay taxes, because they were born and raised here?

WRONG - you can't pay taxes if you don't have a soc. sec. acct. no. and you can't get a SS card if you're an illegal alien. So they are in fact sticking it to the American taxpayer. Business people that hire them are guilty too and should have their business licence stripped. They are trying to save a buck and that hurts our economy too.
