live from rudy motions hearing...

prosecution has argued for joinder of firearms trial with rudy's rico trial. district attorney richard milam argued the 23 firearms were among the fist items found in search of vaughn's home, calling it an 'armory'.

ricky morris, attorney for peggy doresett, wants a totaly different trial for his client.

frank hogue, attorney for randolph (rudy) vaughn, wants a separate trial on the firearms, arguing they are not admissible in the racketeering trial.

court now taking up requests from jurors who have sought excusal from service with clerk frank abbott (above).

Seeing what the Judge has done thus far, I believe he would have made the same verdict that come up on the OJ trial. Why doesnt he stop making ammends for each side and get on with the case?

No one is completely innocent I'm sure we have all committed some kind of crime at least once in our life time but why should this man be given any special treatment. As for Peggy, is she completely deaf dumb and blind???? She knew what was going on and also benefitted from the thefts. yes she should be tried.
