why don't they put that money towards teaching children its not insane to get a job and clean up after yourself.when will the hand outs ever end for the black community in the USA.But have no fear the whitetrash will soon be there to keep you company thanks to meth.please research birth control and other forms of not reproducing for the sake of all the tax paying citizens.

anon 12:57, now if they did that it would make too much sense....

Why not put these people who are collecting unemployment to work by making them clean up the side of the road instead of our inmates?

That would probably make too much sense too.

Hmmm, so they want a "sound barrier" to keep out the "noise and soot" from the railroad.

Hopefully, it will be built high enough to prevent the disposal of the broken Thunderbird, MD20/20, and Malt Liquor bottles on the railroad's property.

I would like a "Barrier" to keep out the "Lazy and Unemployed" and "Governing Officials" from creeping up into my pocket and robbing me every pay period. The sad thing is that these houses will probably be built off our tax dollars and lived in off our tax dollars. Take this money and give it to the retired people of Lamar County for a life time of service and achievement and for helping better our future citizens. I would say give it back to the working citizens but that would not be Politically Correct in one way or another! Rev.MJB MCW Union -FairTaxPlan-

Your inmates deserve to be out digging ditches the people who are on unemployment worked to get that unemployment. The imates don't need to do anything but sit in jail conjuring up some more criminal acts that they can commit when they get out.
