allen vigil, chairman of the board of regents of the university system of georgia, visted gordon college today. vigil had lunch with gordon president dr. larry weill, toured the campus and attended a meet and greet session with faculty, students and members of the gordon college foundation.

This just goes to show that ANYBODY can be a college administrator.
Vigil advertises himself as a minoroty-owned business on his muzak recording at his dealership.
I didn't realize that he was a 'minority.'
Where and what are his qualifications?
He sells cars.
