mccracken poston, attorney and former georgia legislator, told the new york times his client, former northwest georgia crematory operator ray brent marsh, left hundreds of decomposing bodies on the grounds of his crematory because of mercury poisoning.
poston said mercury based tooth fillings burned in the cremation process gave off fumes that made marsh do what he did which was rack up 787 counts of corpse abuse and other crimes. he sent grieving families concrete dust instead of the remains of their loved ones.
georgia's chief medical examiner dr. kris sperry calls poston's theory "hogwash".
do you think poor ray brent was delusional from mercury poisoning or just a sorry human being?
right now, you are feeding, clothing and housing marsh while he serves 12 years in prison.

Lawyers will say anything.... WAIT... Change that....PUBLISHERS will say anything!!!
The lack of respect for the victims of this crime by both the lawyer and the accused, makes you feel the lawyer is as guilty as the accused. Maybe both should be cremated.
What's wrong with you people? What do you think a lawyer is supposed to do - stand by and watch and do nothing or turn against his client and join in with the angry mob?
Perhaps this is an explanation for a very bizarre story. Best one I've heard so far.

As anyone who has been in the court system knows, it is not about justice, or even fairness. It is about fees. Our Supreme Court judges are crying for a huge raise, the public defender system whines about money even though some of them are making six figure incomes. Marshes layers are just exploiting another avenue of making themselves more cash.
All Marsh has to do is get right with God and he can help Rudy tend the grill at the next church bbq.
Why all the reference to joing a church? Is there are something I'm missing here. What's wrong with someone finding religion?
In regards to the mercury poisoning, that's a load of ahmem.....----, however it's not just lawyers that will say just anything.
