supreme court justice hugh thompson...
listens closely today as rick mccreary's election challenge appeal was heard in atlanta.
the hearing lasted 40 minutes. there is no timetable for a decision.
Hugh Thompson and my grandfather were dear friends back in the 1980's when Thompson was a judge in Milledgeville. Never before had I met such a kind and generous man who genuinely had compassion for other people.
Don't judge a book by its' cover. Looks can be deceiving. Thompson's a true southern gentlemen.
