oh hell no, who do we write to?
It is my opinion the public defenders have too much of a free rein on the taxpayers money. In a case like the court house murder, everyone say the person do it. What do these lawyers have to prove?
I don't even think he should have had a trial. There were video tapes, numerous witnesses, and he admitted it. Why not just sentence him?
Some liberal will say ....sure, give it to them. Is that enough? If not we'll raise taxes to collect some more. People are stupid. We can screw them and they'll never know it. How about 10.5 million and you send 1 million back my way for my re-election. I'll spend 100K - pocket 900K and those hicks will never know the difference. All I have to do is feed them a little BS and send them to the polls.
That s.o.b should have been shown the same mercy as he gave to his victims and we would not be going through the expense of feeding and trying his sorry butt. I just hope the jury remembers his black victims or else he will get off like O.J. Bring back the electric chair. He deserves no less.
I feel that one appeal is all that is necessary. I do not believe a Lawyer who calls himself a public defender, should make a living by constantly appealing a verdict by a jury.
