i guess it's okay to let our homegrown terrorists walk around free while helping other countries fight terrorists in their country. Sad

$30,000 are you kidding me? He shot two people! Well its good to know if I start committing crimes I live in the right community to do it. Who was the Judge that allowed it? Would like to know if they are up for reelection this year.

I can't believe an attempted murderer woudl be granted bond. How must those two people who were shot feel to know the guy is back on the street and could go after them again?? That is ridiculous and an injustice to the victims.

Bond is insurance that a person will be in court on a given date at a given time. It cannot be used as punishment for someone who has not been convicted of a crime. The judge can deny bond if the subject is an escape risk, or for certain aggravated felonies such as rape, murder or kidnapping.

A bond can be used as punishment to make it more difficult for a dangerous individual to be released from jail before the court date. A $30,000 bond is equivalent to $3,000 cash or property worth $60,000. He will be out by this evening. Plus he was charged with a serious charge that can be equivalent to rape or kidnapping. Aggravated Assault on two people thats the same as attempted murder. The judge could have easily denied bond or at least made it higher. Two people get shot, one having to be air lifted to the hospital, and Judge Fears basically releases the guy back into the community. Oh wait I forgot he is banned from Lamar County. That will make a difference.

whew!, banned from Lamar, thats good to know. Cause we know he abides by the law and wont come to Lamar to shoot anyone else.

He'll be dead before the court date. lamar county couldn't do justice so the streets will take care of him.

2:04..You probably won't sleep restful tonight after making the comment you just made. Don't ever underestimate the power of Jesus Christ. He will forgive and pardon any sinner who accepts Him as Savior and asks forgiveness of his sins....even you.

well the poor guys that got shot can run and hide/ they can't sleep with one eye open and one eye shut because this crazy gunman took an eye from each one of them,,,hey they can sleep in shifts and stay with the judge that cut the guy the slack.

thats kinda like saying mr. bin laden you can come to america as long as you dont go to new york or washington some how though it doesnt surprise me considering our countries justice system is so screwed up. Lets look at brian nichols who shot up the court house in fulton county the man still hasnt been convicted hes only an "accused murder" how much proof do you need to convict a person i mean come on hes on all kind of video and voice recorders but we just cant seem to prove his guilt. its probably since hes black and shot a white guy, if it was a white guy shooting a black guy the dang NAACP would be marching in the streets and no im not being racist just telling it like it is. what would he ban him from lamar co. ok so he cant come in the big metropolis of the south big deal what a slap on the wrist.
