should legalize the sale and use of fireworks?

walmart sells sparklers thats all you need! Or you could do it alittle different and put up big picture of Dane and put spotlights on it and the family and friends just ohh and ahhhh for awhile and then everyone just starts clapping and whistiling at it.
I have one and we dress the picture up like uncle sam for the 4th and even do one of dane like Santa at christmas. Friends and family cant tear thier eyes away from it. He is so macho and irresitably sexy!

With gas over $4.00 a gallon, please legalize them so I don't have to drive to Tennessee or South Carolina for my fireworks.
