The Scripture says "Thou Shalt not murder." Murder is the unlawful taking of a human life. Killing is the lawful taking of a human life. Our God is perfect and without sin, yet he did a lot of killing. Remember Sodom and Gomorrah? God destroyed the cities and everyone in it because of their wickedness. Remember the great flood. God wiped out all mankind because of their wickedness. The wicked receive their just punishment, but innocent babies are murdered and the murderers will receive their just punishment.

The sad part is that in the case of abortion, many supporters pretend it is not homocide.
So your saying it's okay for this inmate to have killed, but being sentenced to death is a violation of his rights? Please!

The only reason why they sit on death row for so long is because they are allowed to appeal even after ALL evidence points to them. That is what wastes our money. Screw the appeal system with death row, fry em! They deserve it.
As much I am against abortion, I believe it's a woman's right to choose. There are certain circumstances where it is inevitable that a woman should be allowed to abort; like if she was raped! But I am sure some of you will say she would have brought it on herself!
I tell you they could save the time and effort of disposing of that vile trash they lethal inject. I would do it for them at my expense .I can imagine it now,maybe have some buddies over drinkin beer,then string up one them sum beetches and go to way layin on his a** like a freakin pinata. what about a president that lies to go into a foreign county and kills thousands of innocent people. what should he face. if he didnt lie then what if he was misled into going into a foreign country and when he finds out it was a lie does not admit a mistake and ask the world forgiveness.
we are not alloowed to have stem cell research and we cannot have an abortion but we can torture and kill people who had nothing to do with any attack on us.
this is the same president who tried to free a conviceted rapistist and murderer in texas while letting two hero border guards sit in jail for chasing a dope smuggler. the drug smuggler went free.

i agree a murderer should be exicuted but what about a persident who kills innocent people around the world and at the same time tries to free a murderer and denies stem cell research. he lets two good border agent sit in jail but at the same time tries to free a rapist and murder from death row so he can have another trial by mexican rules.

We wanted revenge on Osama Bin Laden. Somehow things got swithed around from Afganistan to Iraq and Sadam Hussein. You can go the PBS and find the website for Frontline adn listen to a whole lot of info on this war thing. also there is www.leadtowar.com. You can watch hours of reporting and interviews from all sides. I have to say I voted for Bush but he has been listening to the wrong people. trying to keep up with all that stuff was like trying to watch three tennis matches without missing a ball bounce! Y'all get educated, its one big mess.

The problem with the death penalty is it is final. I am sorry, but if just one man/woman dies due to state justice that is innocent, the cost is to great. We are the only civilized country, other than Russia, that uses the death penalty. Shouldn't that tell us something? The Bible is clear, but not only in the case of thou shall not murder, but also in the case where Jesus says where any man that does not have sin throw the first stone at the lady that had committed adultery, remember that was a death offense back in that time period. To use a system that is final without recourse is simply stupid on our behalf.

Jesus also said that if you commit murder then you will be judged. It's in the Book of Matthew.
