Barnesville is in the unique position to work toward smart growth.

Last night, Mayor Banks emphasized his belief that a successful city plans with and not plans for.

Councilwoman Harris spoke of the necessity of citizens keeping thier own homes and environment clean thus showing pride in themselves and their community.

With this kind of positive attitude and Mayor Bank's vision of planning together, citizens can be proud and trust that Barnesville will continue to be the best "little town" to live and raise a family.

Don't think Ms. Harris is working for the betterment of any area of the city. She blows a lot of steam when she thinks the voters in her district are watching. All she knows is serving self.

Yeah and if they don't keep their yards clean, the prisoners will do it for them.
