arrest made in bogus radio call
case.
now residing in the lamar county jail - seemingly his home away from home - is kelsey jerroid green, 28.
he was a no good bum when he went to school...what made you think he would turn out to be anything different.......just a waste of space in his head.....the county worker he took the radio from should be fired as well for losing county equipment....this should have never been available for him to get his hands on.
It is especially bad judgement for the county road worker to leave the radio that covers law enforcement frequencies in the hands of a known misfit and troublemaker.
He should at least never be allowed to have a radio again, even if that means a demotion.
