For a "person of interest" why aint she in jail???? Just goes to show the authorities don't really have anything on her, so why keep bringing her up in the stories??
dont you think they should have done that a long time ago that car could be in ten buck to by now i think rick is being a little slow in this or he has blinders on
poor innocent underdog thing. picked on by everyone. snatched from the hospitle after birthing a bayby. picked on for failing a polygraph. picked on because she was generious to a fault with friends and neighbors. always willing to give to the community.
you all need to grow up. she is probably innocent and pure as the freshly fallen snow. just like the anthoney girl in florida probably is. just because they dont fit the mainstream idea of a normal person to you doesnt mean they are bad people.
She beat him with a ball bat a few months ago while he was sleeping. That alone is enough to make me think that she might not want him around anymore. And then there is the fact that he just won a custody battle over their children. I believe that she should be labeled as a person of interest to say the least. She may not have done it, and I'm not saying that she did, but giving the circumstances I can see why people would give her a suspicious eye.
I like that 5:23, But you have 2 things wrong about your story!! She never hit him, And he never tried to drop the charges!! What he did do,Was everything he thought he couldn't control her, He went to the sheriff dept and filed boggs charges again and again,against her. to make it a point to let her know he was still in control of the situation,He didn't have a TPO,he just used his children against her, OR tried to.. they got joint custody he got physical to keep then in the school they were in???
He wanted to be super dad, but the problem was he didn't know how, he moved a woman in the day after meeting her in a bar along with his sister son and his gay friend who were mean to the children. She was just the babysitter Ya Right who is now saying she pregnant with his child? Who was 24 with 4 kids of her own but didn't have custody of them,His own Lawyer known his But that was his story and he was sticking to it? MORE LIES???
ok... so he had a pregnant girlfriend?? hmmm and he had his ex wife living with him...hmmm well what did the pregnant girlfriend think of that? maybe that made her mad... anybody think of that??????

Just because shes not in jail doesnt mean they dont have anything. They may just be waiting to get enough to prosucute!!!

to the 11:15 am comment you really should get your facts straight... Its public record she never hit him with a bat
She was charged with hitting him with a bat. He dropped the charges later, but that does'nt change the fact that she hit him with it.
go look it up, he tried to have her charged aggravated assault, the magistrate dropped it because their was no assault involved
