i went a dismal 5-5 last week - almost as many screwups as matthew stafford. now at 69-31 for the season for a .690 average.
lamar county @ manchester: trojans are improving under jason strickland. manchester is a shadow of its former self. i think trojans close the season with a win if they can eliminate turnovers. lamar co. 14 manchester 13.
arkansas @ south carolina: spurrier has a nice little team. petrino does not. cocks win big at home. south carolina 31 arkansas 10.
clemson @ florida state: inconsequential battle. clemson showing signs of life. fsu lost to tech. noles squeak by at home. fsu 10 clemson 9.
florida @ vanderbilt: #5 gators have speed to burn. vandy is solid but cannot match gators in playmaking ability. didn't you know urban crier is the chosen one? he will use all his timeouts to run up the score. florida 99 vandy 9.
california at usc: #22 visits #6. some say this is a trap game for trojans. ain't so. trojans roll. usc 39 california 19.
ohio state @ northwestern: #12 visits #25. buckeyes want back in the top 10. i don't even know what northwestern's team is called and don't care. ohio state 27 northwestern 17.
oklahoma state @ texas tech: #8 visits #3 and there is not a defensive stalwart in the stadium. tech prevails but cowboys take it to the wire. texas tech 61 oklahoma state 55.
alabama @ lsu: #1 visits #16: as uga did two weeks ago, bama got a break with the 3:30 p.m. kickoff. still, i like lsu. they are due a big win at home and get it. saban weeps. lsu 30 alabama 27.
georgia tech @ north carolina: #20 at #19. tech fought to a tough win last week and is banged up. tarheels are at home and rested after a bye week. tech goes down and the trash talked abates for awhile anyway. north carolina 24 georgia tech 10.
georgia @ kentucky: dogs are ranked 14th but are young and inconsistent on both lines. kentucky is solid and playing at home. I thought the dogs quit last week in jax and i hope will muschamp gets an interview for willie's job. dogs win ugly. georgia 17 kentucky 16.

UF @ Vandy.... Gators had a nice victory last week, but still thought they just went through the motions. The once talked about "new" SEC powerhouse Vandy has fallen on hard times now. After losing to the horrible ACC's Duke for God's sake......UF 42-24

OSU @ Northwestern.... Buckeyes 35-17
OKLAHOMA St. @ Texas Tech.... This should be dandy to watch if you like offense. I think more points will be scored on the gridiron between these two than when they face each other in B-ball. T.T. 69-56

Georgia Tech @ UNC... The Jackets are winded alittle going up against a rested Heel team and it's a piviotal game in the Coastal ACC..... Tar Heels 27-20
UGA @ Kentucky... If the Wildcats watch too much of the game film between UF and UGAg then it's gonna hurt them because they dont have the guns the Gators do. Kentucky is a nobody and Noshow Moron-o does show in these kind of games......UGAg 35-20

You Know, I am glad the UGA program is where it is...A two loss season is unacceptable disappoinment to us. and a 2 loss season has the Tech nerds thumping their chests. Says alot for the position of these two football programs...

Rome, a two loss season...well they were more than losses, more like beat downs. But, anyway two losses when your suppose to be the "it" team in the college football world... yes, I would say it is unacceptable. Sounds like somebody was ranked where somebody should'nt have been in the first place. Now for Tech. Yes, they are very happy to only have two losses. This is great because Tech was picked to finish 8th in the ACC. Tech was picked to finish in the middle of the pack in all of college football. This my dog-bone eating friend is called exceeding expectations. The dawg nation always falls short of thiers just like they have for 26 years of next years! As I said before all the Heisman Hype, all the hoopla about SEC championships, all the busted dreams for a National Championship is just one more chapter in the 26 other books of next years. Now all yall have is beating Tech....aint so sure that's gonna happen this year either!

I suppose thats one way of looking at it GHOST. But before you start considering Tech the superior team..Beat us this Decade! Enjoy the Turkey at Thanksgiving, rather than the usual Crow! and for the record, it doesnt matter if its by 1 or 100...a loss is a loss, Just the same as a win is a win. Oh, I'm pretty sure this will be eight in a row...I wish ya'll luck up until Turkey Day.

all is so quiet on the Tech front...they were so quick to run that mouths last week, what gives?
They like to run their mouths a lot more when UGA loses. I think some of the nerds had rather se UGA lose than Tech win! Support your own program and maybe yall could fill up that 10,000 seat stadium you have.
When is UGA going to beat someone? Let's compare records against ranked teams. UGA is 2-2 against teams ranked at the time they played them while Tech is, let's see, 3-2. Hmmmm. So the Jackets have played one more ranked team than the mutts and won one more game against ranked teams. Beating a basketball school in a basketball scored shootout does not qualify as a program win. ROME you may be proud that UGA is where it is, as usual, not meeting its expectations, but we are proud of where we are as well, far exceeding anyone's expectations. Yeah, yeah, yeah I know. 8 in a row or whatever. You probably will beat us again this year. And you very well should. But if you don't I am going to lead the laughs at you sad sack puppies. The bottom line is another disappointing letdown season for the Dawgs. Sucks to be you.

Thats why we have owned Techs sorry excuse for a program for the past 7 years...Thats why we are still in the top 10 and Tech is on the outside looking in ... as usual! Until you can beat UGA-You don't have an argument...it's pointless. Stick to your theory though...eventually UGA will stumble to GT...You're bound to be right sooner or later. Even at that, If UGA drops a game to Tech every 8-10 yrs...I can live with that. HA HA HA HA...What is your rank now anyway?...HA HA HA...

Week #1.....Georgia on top of the world. Georgia Dawgs set thier eyes on an SEC Championship, National Tilte run. Moreno best RB in college football. Stafford Heisman front runner. GT a nobody.
Couple of weeks later..... Alabama rips the dawgs at home. Moreno is unheard of. Stafford is pounded like a cheap hooker. GT a nobody.
Couple more weeks later..... Florida disenegrates the dawgs in what should be named "The worlds largest ass-whoppin' party".GT a nobody.
Today..... Georgia hollers how they are going to beat Tech. GT all of sudden has got a target on them from the hasbeen #1 dawgs!
Do you see how quick they were on top and came chrashing down like a plane with no wings?
But GT starts out as nobody...and will end the season ...uh, well...NOBODY.
I will give you this though, Tech will have a decent team in a year or two. You now have a good coach, Thats a start. I am a huge UGA fan, but I have great respect for PJ...Even when he was with Navy. I don't look for him to stay at Tech too long though. GO DAWGS!!!

Going to be great in 2010 when Ga State starts up football, they could surpass the Tech nerds or terds for short in attendance in the first year.
