couldn't they put her on house arrest or something given she has a newborn? that seems very cruel, over a 'entering auto' charge. if she had been charged with murder, that would be one thing, but if she's not being charged with something that serious it seems like soemthing more humane should be worked out.
I am sure the reason why she in not on house arrest is because there is additional information that has yet to be made public. Is having a new born any reason to be treated any differently for such situation? Shouldn't the law be enforced equally amoung all citizens?
oh lord here we go i can hear it now "that joe buice is out of hand again" this poor poor gril she didn't do anything just breaking into somebodys car and stealing something thats all

I bet 909PM is one of the same people who was running around town complaining about the sheriff not doing anything. No matter what the sheriff does that guy don't like it.
seem pretty petty..What about the nephew.. why would he have the box to begin with.. and then charge her, Why not him also..this is confusing story, then to read that this has happen to another family member of his
Read the story....The box was intrusted to the nephew by authorities and his car was broken into by the X-wife in order to take the valuables. That's the same as someone breaking into your home and ripping you off... it's private property. Yes...a Mommy has to abide by the same laws as amybody else.
9:14, please try to keep up. The investigator turned the box over to the nephew. This is not real difficult to follow. Perhaps you should turn off the computer and go watch Sponge Bob on tv.
And just maybe the nephew took it himself in the first place. Just like the first cousin disappeared years ago...Maybe he's alive and using his family to do his dirty work?
Thank you Walter Geiger for reporting stories fair and unbiased unlike certain other people around here. We know where all the negative comments about anyone sucessful come from.
It is so sad for all of these rude comments. The most important thing is that two precious little boys have lost their father. From what I hear, they are having a very hard time dealing with it being their Father was the one who took care of them. I pray everyday for the safe return of their Father but it doesn't look to promising right now. And for those of you who sympathize with their Mother...She is an awesome person to let her 22 year old punk boyfriend shove a dirty sock down her child's mouth to shut him up. Another baby is just what she needs. Sounds to me like the best thing would be for the baby to be taken away from her and that cruel idiot boyfriend of hers.
sorry it has takin me so long to responde but the lock box was not turned over to the nephew by the authorities they where not even involved yet when the punk took it out of the house in the first place
well then 4:21, since you know so much about this story. Stop hiding behind Anonymous.. Are you a member of this family, If not SHUT UP Its people like you that dont know crap,Just like spreading it...
