brian nichols found guilty on all counts...
death penalty phase of trial starts monday.
here's hoping he rides the needle asap.

There is justice in the judicial system after all.
But if it is up to NObama, he wants the blacks to have three steps ahead in the judicial system because of the way they were treated in the past. Kudos to the Judge who would not let the defense attorneys bring a mistrial motion yesterday!
