nichols cellmate says shootings premeditated...
do you think he will get the death penalty?
why are so many people going to such great lengths to defend this monster?
After he testifies, he returns to prison and is beaten to a pulp by five fellow prisoners who were taking up for Nichols. The errors continue at the Fulton County courthouse.
obammy can free nichols cause he is a spinmaster and can make the judge,the court reporter,the innocent people look like they commited the racist hate crime....he's so damn good with the "tricky" language he can make the 2 blacks that nichols shot be guilty of a hate crime too!
The guy confessed, all was caught on video, what more does it take to find him guilty? The tapes with him speaking with his father after the fact explaining the use of insanity plea should seal the deal. The trail has been a total waste of taxpayer money.
