nice clean hit
They reported on ESPN this afternoon the ref is a former linebacker from Kentucky.
who would have ever thought Spurrier would have a team with great defense and no offense?
ROME
just a p.o'd ex jocksniffer ref that couldn't cut it and took a cheep shot. he did'nt do anything that all those jocksniffers that hang out at the sports bars quoting sports stat's would have done-bunch of losers
Oh look...its the nerd again.
I want to see the ESPN clip of this with the analyst.....I have not found that yet...anyone see it on youtube or break yet? Was it shown on sportscenter? Hiliarous! What if the hit would have caused a fumble? lol
ESPN played it all day Monday with the scoop on the ref. These may not be 100% but close. The ref was a former Parade All American high school football player in the late 60's. He was also a 3 year starting linebacker at Kentucky who was the first black all-conference linebacker and had several other distinguishing career marks. He is also in the Kentucky Sports Hall of Fame.
Yeah; and today he's probably unemployed.
