Yes, he should have been killed along time ago. The Police officer is the one who didn't deserve to die.
I don't know if he is guilty or not, but there sure seems to be a fair amount of doubt with this case.
No longer matters ......The U.S. supreme court has issued a stay
the maggott has al sharpton (worthless excuse for a human)and jimmy carter (waste of air and worst president )on his side as well as being black do you realy think that justice will be served?
There is just way to much giving reasonable doubt in the case. I'm glad that the courts did the right thing in this case. Not that I am opposed to the death penalty. I just believe that there should be absolutely no reasonable doubt that he is guilty.
tenspeed you are the saddest bigot ever. The proof is not there. The witnesses have recanted there testimony there is evidence that another man did it. it's not about race it is about a man who might be innocent.
7:50 pm thank you for getting it right i am i bigot ,not a raciest.its funny that some of the people that recanted their statements are related to the dirt bag and he is still guilty because he WAS there at the time of the shooting and admited he was stanging right there when it happened hang his ass and be done with it
