What are the current jail revenues and how would you increase them to reduce the amount of tax money needed to run the jail?

As Sheriff, will you use seized drug money to purchase patrol cars or use tax dollars? If tax dollars, why?

In the future will cases that are 1 or 2 years old be tried? Such as the case on {Tim Holmes whoes wife works at the court house}.Will you try cases on the crime ,not who you are?

Since revenues are down, cases are down, cooperation is non-existent, how do you plan to put Lamar County back on the map as being a good place to live, start a business, buy a home, raise a family in a friendly, safe environment?

To each of the District Attorney Candidates: Major cases where an example should be set will you persue the case in that order, or will you plea bargain?

To both DA candidates. Would you be willing to work with deputies and other law officers in training them on the correct procedures to follow when they make a case, such as what is legal and what is not?

Sheriffs: What is the one thing you think you bring to the sheriff's office to make this department run efficiently, profitably, and keep morale high?

During the primary election, the presence of deputies was noted by many. Is this a law that has to be enforced? If so, tell us the law. If not, tell us why you think it is a good or bad idea.
