If we wanted to live around progress we would move to Atlanta. I like living in a small town.That's why we stay here even if it does mean a 45 min. drive to work. Why do you thik we are getting all of these new sub divisions. People from atlanta are moving here to enjoy the country life.

I agree! I was only saying that people want proggress untile they get it. Then they seem to want the country living again. I for one am fine with driving a few extra mile's to work. I enjoy living in a small town. And if I did'nt I would simply move to a larger city. I am forced to work in a large city and I cant stand that place.
Barnesville is already like the congo thanks to Gordon...the new Fort Valley State. Thugs everywhere. Wonder how much the crime rate is going to increase???

Griffin GA, has the highest teen birth rate,STD rate, and illiginamate child birth rate in GA per population. Im not sure where lamar rank's.
