heritage inn nursing home bans smoking...
no tobacco smoke is permitted anywhere on the property, including parking lots and grounds.
who decided to make it non smoking, can the employees smoke while on break and on lucnh breaks? I here they have wine and cheese days there for their residents & it sound's like its a nice place....... anonymous said "its the employees not the people in there that is the problem" please share with me any bad reviews you have ..was thinking of putting my grandmother in there so any good or bad comments would be nice.. will check back later

let the old folks do what they want to do not what someone tells them what to do i bet some cigars and brandy would help jazz that place up
I'm all for it but I bet some of the employees are having a tough time kicking the habit during work hours.

They should have a designated smoking area outside. At least then, the staff wont be standing out in the street on their breaks.
