commission denies landfill zoning..
at 8:36 p.m.
unanimous vote...also unanimous to deny special exception for c&d landfills.
congradulations to the commissioners for growing some intestinal fortitude. If you will get together and pass some local ordinances you can avoid this in the future.

Why can't our esteemed leaders create some zoning laws that do not constantly involve the judicial system?
I am tired of my taxes paying for attorney's fees when they could go to better use.
