georgia fletcher is overcome with emotion as she views the body of late barnesville mayor dewaine bell this afternoon at east. mt. sinai baptist church.
fletcher has been asked by the family to speak at bell's funeral thursday.
the bell family is asking that those wishing to bring food to the family deliver it to the barnesville civic center beginning at 10 a.m. thursday.
