open georgia-florida thread...
the dawgs jumped 10 places to 10th in the polls after saturday's 42-30 win over the hated gators.
I must say that if Richt comes out with that kind of fire and allow his players to display it too, Georgia will win the National Championship next year. I feel awful making this statement because I'm a diehard Jacket fan. I was very impress with the Mutts yesterday.
UGA is so Jekyl and Hyde. They will lose two more games this season. Wouldnt surprise me one bit to see Troy get them this week. The planned celebrations was ingenius by Richt, if not totally out of character. However, I must ask the question of the mutt nation, what if Florida, or anyone else did/does that to your team? The thugs you have as players will retaliate by fighting and the mutt nation bloggers will call it classless and back the thugs up for retaliating. And now I am waiting for high school teams to start doing it, with or without their coaches blessings. Ingenius but very classless and stupid. However, I congratulate you on the big win.
Richt is a genius. Myers would have done it if he had thought about it first.......way to get the momentum. The GA crowd went crazy!
Ken K Green....dont be jealous. I cant help it if you chose the wrong team to cheer for. What yo need to do is just stand on the sidelines and be quiet, like you did at west ga.......I would like to add that I had the pleasure of being in Jacksonville this weekend and it was awesome! The "classy??" Tech boys better be scared....lol
If you get another glimpse of the celebration, check out big #77 right in the middle of the screen. One reason it might not become a trend is they kicked off from the 8 yard line. Also, props to the anti-thugness of the two Ga players who were interviewed after the game on CBS. Moreno and Henderson were both well spoken. With Moreno as the starter, new ballgame for the Dawgs.
wow im impressed wart nose. you followed my college career. im flattered. thank you. bottom line is that i had a college career to follow while you are still standing on the sideline and mean absolutely nothing to me or probably anyone else. i would say youre afraid to use your name but no one would probably recognize it anyways. im proud of who i am, who i root for and what i stand for. are you? and why would Tech be scared? we havent beaten you in six years. another loss would be just that, another loss. IF we beat you however my god it will be total chaos in the mutt nation. so be afraid, be very afraid.
Go Dawgs!!!! I love how the "hurt arm" excuse is being worn out. We always play a fresh Florida team almost every single year and we aren't allowed the "banged up" excuse. If you would like to go back to last year you will see that the dawgs put the Tebow train to a grinding halt then also, but we didn't get the W then so it didn't really matter. It was a great game all the way to the end, as usual, but the ending was alot better this go around. Go Dawgs!!! Go Ron Paul!!!

Dogboy...it wasnt his throwing arm that was hurt. Anyway, I bet his entire body was bruised Sunday morning. It was great seeing the fabulous Tebow getting pounded into the dirt. Guess that proves it takes more than one man to make a team.
This is this a picture of the gator they caught over at the city pond? There are several more living in the back water of the pond but that is supposed to be kept quite. With winter coming on they pose no threat. They are just now getting big enough to cause a problem. The city plans to remove them in the spring if bigfoot don't get them first.
Bigfoot was seen crossing a pasture about 1 mile off the road in Johnstonville 2 nights ago by an unidentified person in a sheriff's patrol vehicle. When questioned, the unidentified sheriff said he was looking for KFC.
Ken is right about the upcoming UGA/GT game. Tech has nothing to lose. They get up for the game and have lost the past few years, but It is just like the UGA/UF game. Eventually the streak will end. Hopefully it's not this year. When it comes time for basketball i'll probably pull for GT b/c lets face it UGA basketball stinks! As far as the National Championship I don't see that happening next year. As far as thugs Ken.....what about Reuben Houston? There is a true thug....what was it 80 or 90 some odd pounds of pot they found on him? That's kind of like throwing stones from a glass house.
trey trey trey Reuben is such old news. I'm talking about the band of thugs UGA carries year in and year out. Besides, Houston just sold the dope, the mutts bought and smoked it. Isn't free enterprise great???
LOL Free enterpirse.... Nice! :-) Maybe being a little further north in Orange country we don't hear about the problems that UGA has off the field, but I'd still rather have the "Thug Mutts" right now. Don't worry Ken; basketball is just around the corner ;-)
Josey, I think you would have to put age limitations on that game there b/c of BA not being around now for quite some time. I do b/v that LC schools are trying to include them in all of their alumni stuff now if I am correct along with Booker High & Gordon Military.

So you talk about UGA thugs and you hate us but your doing the ugly talk,you had to resort to violent words (name calling) instead of using powerful articuable words here is one for you......THUG!!! it fits you perfect. Oh and by the way if your going to be a christain and be all into God and all then act like it.Oh i know i can't judge but guess what?? other people are judging you, that's right the non-christain ones. Yeah yeah I know I didn't have the guts to use my real name blah blah blah.

by the way Trey, the Diamond Trojans are planning an alumni game for the end of February...interested?
Yeah most definately. It sounds like a blast.....ust let me know the specific dates and info and I will definately be there.
I wonder if the Barnesville Academy Warriors will ever have an alumni game?....maybe play the alumni Trojans?
