the arrestees are brandon lee settles, 23, of barnesville and robert anthony farley, 21, of orchard hill. both are black males.
any bloggers know these guys? gangbangers? garden variety thugs? fine young men who have the right to fire weapons into dorms full of innocent people?
if you are judge, jury (and executioner) what is your sentence for these pukes.

I just hope the DA doesnt bring his plea bargan book with him. I hope he finally has taken a course in Throw the Book at EM. These persons need to learn this is not done.
I just hope everyone can understand that these men have obviously had a very hard and trying life. To put them in prison for such a minor offence would be a travesty for this great nation. After all no one was hurt in the incident. There you have it no harm no foul. Maybe if someone would have showed these young men some attention as they were growing up then this would have never have happened. There you have it. It is all of our faults that this happened therefore if they are to be punished then all of us should be as well.

10 years community service working at Gordon College. 3 hours per day six days per week picking up trash, painting, or a host of other task as deemed necessary by Gordon. If they fail to complete their sentence - the remaining time of the unserved sentence in prison + 5 years. That should do it.

john W. Sad as it is you are rite.NO HOME TRAINING! But I think the root of the problem is they cant get the ladies to pay them any attention, So they act like thugs and get treated like ladies IN PRISON. So much for no child left behind.
I went to school with both of these guys. They were both thugs who should not have been allowed in school. They constanly disturbed class yet they both managed to graduate.
There was a big distubance in Athens Sat. night. Steve Spurrier was in custody after a bulldog beatdown.He is a habitual violater of this cruel,barbaric act.

John W. excuse me but if we make allowances for these guys then everyone will use their hard and troulbed life to get away with everything. If they had a troubled life they should look back and say I learned from this and I will try to be a better example for my kids and others. They should not be electrocuted or put to death but they should be taught a lesson that you can't or shouldn't go around taking your frustrations out by shooting up the place. Stop trying to make it look as if they are victims!! Even though no one was hurt. There could have very well been and then what penalty should they get? Stop trying to make it look like their raising and life had anything to do with their acts as men today.
Victims? We are the victims of these filthy animals! They are here now! LOAD THEM SHOTGUNS. Have your neighbor watch your house,turn that alarm on,now more than ever. Jail does not scare the animals they are predators who care about nothing and they have guns.Let them know we have guns to! We wer hunting animals long before we learned to drive, most of us are hunting and killing deer at 13. I think this year in the holliday season we should hunt predators. set up your stand and watch your home,bring 1 or 2 of them beaver traps up from the creek set 1or2 inside(where the dogs cant get)they will be robbing houses and stores more and more cause christmas is comming crimanals rob more at christmas than any other time(from home owners)DONT BE A VICTIM!
