open buggy days thread...
share your thoughts, observations, things you liked and things you didn't.
show some class and do not rip the volunteers who are working hard to pull this thing off!!!!!
The parade was great! I was somewhat concerned about some participants throwing candy out to the kids especially when some of the kids ran close to the cars to pick up their prize.
I thought that practice was banned. The last time we participated it was a mandate that no candy be thrown....Is that still in place or just one of those overlooked rules?
