six being held in gordon dorm shooting...
according to reports.
suspects are being held at the local jail. some or all may be charged after questioning this morning.

You bunch of cowards! I'm a firm believer in carrying a fire arm (mainly for protecting my family). But HEY! you girly men drive-by-shooters, if you're that mad at somebody, then just fight em. Way to go B-ville! Now if the USA will recognize Government Handouts and The Who Cares Culture is to blame we can take a step forward in stopping this stupid crap! Keep up the good work B-ville we need all the statistics we can get to prove our point.
I think the best way to have an effective force is let the force (SO, BPD, MPD, GPD) handle who gets disciplinary actions, honors, and recognized; and for all us civilians to support them all without trying to put one over another. I for one get sick and tired of all the put downs when each of you know that you will be happy to get help from any of those you dislike when or if you ever need it.
Do we have a conspiracy at the SO? A law enforcement official told me that there is about 10K missing money at the S.O. He don't know how accurate the amount really is but felt that some amount is missing.
Kudos to the Gordon police force for handling the situation quickly and efficiently, without setting off a panic. And special nods, too, to Dr. Weill, President of GC, for informing the campus and public the very night of the incident.

there is NO missing money at the SO. this is a ploy by disgruntled ex employees to discredit JB.
if deputies have been told to stay out of the city its because the city has its own police force to do the policing if they would just do it instead of traffic control on the four lane. i am sure that deputies would be glad to lend a hand in the city if needed. they will and have so shut the hell up.
I agree with "international redneck". These are cowardly thugs and should be dealt with with the harsh hand of the law. Gordon may need to beef up security and put more regulations on not letting non-students hang around campus. If you don't go to Gordon, you don't need to be around or on campus. If you want to be on a campus, take your dumb #$$ to school and stop attempting to murder those who are trying to do something with themselves.

I heard from a friend of a friend that knew someone that had a friend that heard it from someone that knew someone else that the person they heard it from was telling the truth as they knew it. Now that just goes to prove that anything submitted anonymously on the web should be taken to mean what the person meant it to say and not what it really might say. In other words the truth as we know it might not be the truth or even a lie if we know it to be something like the truth. I hope this clears up everything that is going on in the sheriff's office because I heard it from someone else who heard it first from someone who may or may not know what they are talking about. I'm serious about this. The truth is out there.

Interesting sign just spotted on Houston St. that is promoting a party for Gordon Students on Thursday Aug. 23 at the American Legion.
