Well I didnt think that the county lawyers would give that bad of advice

still suit happy Warner Robbins dude?

I would refrain from chalking one up for the "good old boys" until I see who purchases the property to be sold.

Anonymous said...

give it up

Why does who buys the property matter? If it sells at fair market value and the county gets the proceeds, what does it matter. There are only a handful of players in Lamar County who have that kind of purchasing power...other than that it will have to be an out of town developer or development group. This 67 acres is a multi-million dollar piece of property.

Warner Robbins Dude,

There is a line in the movie "The Man from Snowy River" that applies here. It is "There is no point in throwing effort after foolishness".

Take your bats, balls, & your spankin, and go home to Houston County
