That has looked like that for a number of years. I guess somebody had an excess of materials and then ran out of the same.

i had heard that is was rudy vaughans. correct?

Scoop...you're supposedly a newsman. You tell us who owns the building and why was the building not completed after four years. Inquiring minds want to know.

the guy who supposedly 'owns' it is impaired and very difficult to communicate with.

let's see what turns up here.

I also heard it was owned by Rudy Vaughn, and that it was condemned because there was not enough support beams for the second floor. I guess that if is R.V.'s he didn't have enough time and money with all the crooked dealings going on.

It might not be anybodys business who owns it and the owner might like it that way.

there is something in the water in lamar county thats the only thing that can explain things like this

So, a guy who lives in the dipsh*t apts. on Greenwood St. that an ICE raid would leave virtually empty built a 12-room, 8,000 square foot mansion on a pricey lot?

Sounds like Rudy $ to me.

I heard Vick was going to have it built to expand his dogfighting network...

I heard the guy won some $ in the lottery but not enough to finish

so that explains why there is rolls royce (sorry if I misspelled it)out in the yard too? he/she is probably building it as they can afford it. granted it takes some time but eventually you live in a house that you can truly call paid for in full!

It is awful looking! I think it should be condemned. My daughter said that it looks scary to her!

Might make a right good brothel?

Anonymous said...

First time I have ever seen a SPEC Ghetto!

Anonymous said...

The reason it appears to be a spec ghetto is the unfinished appearence. All the Real Estate Dudes, will probably being doing a Spec Ghetto at any time now.

Anonymous said...

I 2nd the Brothel idea...Not alot of trouble getting employees around here.

by the picture it seems to be leaning to the right.

if rudy had had anything to do with it, it would have been built quickly and looked great....he has always been very good in all his projects.....that is why the county wanted his property......if you type in his name on the lamar co tax assessors site, it will list all his properties , and that unfinished home is not one of his.......however on the site it says that info is not available as to the real owner......

you know

I have an idea if he is disabled let's all do a "old fashioned barn raising" neighbors used to do to help one another out. Then it would be finished and nothing to complain about!!!
