spalding county chief investigator capt. tony ranieri (left) and barnesville police chief chuck keadle were on the scene at 229 atlanta street here this morning where the suspect was taken into custody. police say a resident of the home is a 'person of interest' in the slaying of his wife.

Who is the murdered person? I heard it through the grapevine that it is one of the Buckner sisters. This is so sad and unfortunate because I know all of the sister.

This is such a terrible thing that has happens to a wonderful person my condolences to the family and for who ever left the comment about the chief who cares if he wears a tie this is not the time to be worrying about a tie a tie makes no one what you should be worrying about is if they had or have any lead on the person that did this
Teresa was my cousin I loved her very much even though we were not close in relationship we were soul tied by heart and I hate we did not get a chance to build a one on one relationship my prayers go out to her childrens,grandchildrens and her siblings may God peace rest upon all of you at this time of bereavement love joy and joshua

Such a wonderful person gone all too soon. I grew up seeing this person that always had a smile on her face and was always known as a hard worker!! May I see you again in another world!
