After Rudy took the plea deal,he is still there in Lamar County because the judges signed court order to release his equipment from the restaurant is being ignored by the sheriff, the county commissioner and anyone else that has a say in the matter. He is still in court battling for personal property that is his and is being kept to sell the restaurant despite the judges rulings. He has been in court twice since he was sentenced and in spite rulings in his favor, the judges words mean nothing in this neck of the woods.

I feel if a deal was made and the agreement was to give the man back his stuff then it needs to be given back. I don't understand the reason why it should be held the trial is over this man has be sentenced and is serving his jail time I have know Mr Vaughn for a couple of years and he was a business man. He was always nice and treated me with respect and I cant say anything bad of him. I really cant say if he did it or not but I can state that in my opinion that if he did do this he was not alone he had people with power behind him. For all the people putting down Bennie Tate and Rock Springs Church I will pray that God will forgive you for putting judgment on these innocent people. I am not a member of this church but I commend Brother Bennie and his Church for standing up in what the bible teaches. I also firmly agree with him when he stated that everyone including Mr Vaughn deserved a chance to get into heaven regardless of what they have done. and Brother Bennie it is your job to give him that chance and teach him the word. this statement is pure non truth. i was on duty at the jail once when mr tate came to visit mr vaughn. mr tate was refused because it was a weekday and inmate visitation is on weekends. i remember mr tate saying "i am benny tate, pastor of rock springs church and if the sheriff were here right now i bet id get in to see mr vaughn". neither the sheriff nor jail administrator were present at this time to approve his visitation so mr tate was not allowed to see mr vaughn that day.
why lie about something that never happened. that's the problem now officers lying about something that never happened. benny tate has never shown Randolph nor did nothing to help and even if he could have said something in his disfense, it would have fell on lying ears.so what ever happens in this case has nothing to do with rock spring church or it's members.
do you remember when randolph's family was standing on the court house yard just talking after the trial and Capt. Webster was harrassing them and Randolph's mother of 80 years had to run to avoid being arrested.

i never said mr tate tried to help mr vaughn in any way. all i said was mr tate DID attempt to visit mr vaughn in the early part of his incarcerations and THAT IS THE TRUTH. maybe it was for spiritual guidance, i dont know. im not judging anyone but funny how when mr vaughn got out on bond he joined mr tates church, then when the agreement was made, mr vaughn wanted contents from the restaurant to go to rock springs church, which, i admit, they refused. so there was some "bond" there.
Randolph was going to Rock Springs Church before all this started so I dont know how him joining the church got him out on bond its not like he just joined after he got locked up

No special treatment should be given to a common criminal. If the property was siezed then it belongs to the county. Don't keep saying he is innocent because he is as quilty as sin and caught red handed in the act. Don't give him anything but time time and more time.
