this amazes me how these people travel all over the damn world on this mission crap helping buil up these third world sespools but not once have i ever heard about one of these religious groups saying lets get together and go about this country helping victims of these sorry criminals that roam all over the place start right here but i guess that dont look good for the news media
What would truly help is if dumba$$es like you didn't post on this blog!!!
Amen 11:59, 9:14 what exactly are you doing to better yourself and/ or help others in this community or any other for that fact? True alot more could be done here, but groups who are tryng to help others should'nt be bashed for doing so...Get involved, start a help group for your community, get the ball rolling. Do something yourself instead of judging what others are doing.
There are many Christian help organizations in this area who do help victims of crime and other catastrophes. Did you watch the news after Katrina or read about the millions that Christian organizations sent for relief? Even here in Barnesville, several churches sponsored people left homeless from the storm. Every Christmas many churches send care packages to those less fortunate in the community. Many churches participated in the recent Relay for Life to help others in the community. 9:14, may God bless you with eyes that can see and ears that can hear and more importantly, a disposition to help others.
9:14 anon now that you brought that point up i noticed that during the katrina mess not one time did any orgination rush down to help a business man rebuild his or her business that had been looted or torn up by katrina but they sure jumped out there rebuilding those houses of the very poeple who looted from those business
clean up your own front porch(america) before you go hauling ass all over the globe trying to change a buch of people that could care less
It looks like a recruiting trip, since Georgia Tech is getting more top in-state commitments.
maybe he's starting a tomato farm and needs some pickers
1:53, just tune in and see what happens 11-24-07...GO DAWGS!
Mark Richt is a fine man who shows godly character. We are to show God's love here and to those in other countries, and he has done both. We all should do what God leads us to do and stop complaining about what others are not doing. When I see a busy man like Mark reaching out to others, it shows me where I fall short in my service for the Lord.
Who was the voice of The GA BULLDOGS before Larry ?
Larry has been the voice as long as I can rmemmber...all my life, I find it hard to imagine someone else calling the games...sad.

RE:Larry Munson
Our Hero, Dane Bishop would be a great replacement.
Why do they have to travel to Honduras when we have a hell of a lot of homeless people in this state and country that coud do with a little help. It is sickening to know that even though you are a hard working taxpayer and have insurance you still can't afford to buy the medicines you need but we can pay for all of the illegitimate kids to be covered with all the insurance to keep them pearly whites shining and making sure that they will grow up to be another one to produce offspring that they can't support.
It is true we have people in America who are hungry and homeless. But as a VIP you get more notice going out of the country to help somebody else other than Americans.
im not a georgia fan but i salute coach richt and his family for their efforts although i somewhat agree that we need more of this sort of thing right here at home
