So what are we debating here? It's all there in clear print!
I wonder if those Griffin lawyer's work pro bono?
Maybe we need to get some appointed and elected officials that can read?
Maybe they can read, but they chose to ignore the law?
What laws are they ignoring?
WDM,
What do you want, to be spoon fed?
If you read the links on this site to the actual state act that formed the Ag Authority and the laws govening SPLOTS funds and the reporting on and disposal of such funds, you will see all the good ole boys on that team and the comissioners have not followed the laws under which the ag autority was formed.
They had time limits to act, they were supposed to issue reports, the county is responsible for grant money that was handed to the city.
If you think it doesn't matter, why
not just hand your bank accounts and assests over to me? It's the same thing. The city gets money the county is supposed to have and be responsible for because slack ole Bobby was supposedly offered a chance to handle a job the ag members couln't handle. Then the ag people say since Bobby didn't respond they gave OUR money and land to the city.
If that isn't dumb, what is?
can somebody explain in easy to understand words whats this all about.
The city isn't getting money to through away...the money they are getting is being used to keep up and operate the facilities. Anyone living within a city or the county itself can use the ag authority venues so nothing has been stolen. And if you want to take over my bank account and assets, meet me tomorrow for lunch and I will give you $5 (that should cover it.)
They act like someone is lining their own pockets.
