5:56 you are rude as hell. None of the people in the photograph are thugs. They are just a mix of the graduates, both black and white that received their diplomas from LCCH Friday. And to whomever stated "anyone" can make it in Lamar....Well, I've got news for you, the graduates from Lamar County have to pass the same graduation test as the students in other schools.

5:50 pm, You went to college with that punctuation? Obviously you didn't major in grammar. Slipping up once or even twice might be acceptable but you can't spell, your tenses are all wrong and your grammar is atrocious. It's you're for you are and your as a possessive pronoun. Didn't is the acceptable contraction for did not. Thugs is plural where thug's is possessive. Please don't mention the schools that you attended because it would really be embarrassing to them.
I have no problem with anyone who has posted anything on this site, but I think it is sad that people can't just be happy or even indifferent about the graduates of Lamar County this year. I actually walked last Friday night and recieved my diploma from Lamar County. It's really depressing what some have to say about my classmates. We are not all perfect. We are not all going to college. We are not all going to grow up to be saviors of the free world, but we graduated. Let us have our few minutes in the lime light; because for some of us, that's the farthest we are going to get. So before anyone else posts anything negative or degrading about me and my class mates, think about you and your high school classmates. Think about all of your high school memories. Most of all, think about how it would feel to have a bunch of petty adults who don't even know you trash talking you on some small town forum. It sucks doesn't it. Thanks for your time.

Well said 6:00, If we look back on our graduating classes, probably 20% are in jail, 20% are alcoholics or drug addicts 50% are common working class and maybe 10% are considered successful. It depends on your definition of successful. Congratulations Graduates!
