This is the first Bright Moment that the City has had in a while.
Good luck to you Jim. I know the best interest of the Citizens is in your care, which is good for all of us.

"I will do nothing to embarrass myself, my family or the city of Barnesville" - We should make that a pledge that anyone seeking public office must sign.

To Anon 10:02 - Where the hell did that come from?

You are just trying to stir up a hornet's nest by playing the race card.

I personally know Jim. He is a fine man without a shred of bigotry in his character.

It's easy to post lies on the internet because no one knows who you are. It makes insecure/inconsequential people such as yourself feel emboldened because you know there is no recourse to your slanderous lies.

All of these racist comments are horrible. I think the blog admin is doing the right thing in deleting them. HE has my support. I have no problem with someone venting about things he HATES, but this is absurd. I think whoever is repsonsible for these comments should be BLACK listed. All he is trying to do is offend PEOLPE.

oh my god, please dont say "Black Listed" we have to call it "of color listed" or something else as not to offend.

any suggestions for an alternative?
