We have seen this in Atlanta in the Nichols case. Women deputies who cannot cut it and as a result innocent people die on the altar of equality of the sexes. When will it end?
I Dont think it was a case of a woman who didnt cut it--------i think it was because of a under staff jail holding almost 200 prisoner-----the night in question-3 jailers--- 2 roaming the halls and 1 in the control room.
The biggest male jailer was in the control room
There is two top priorities of the sheriff office. One is to serve warrants and civil papers. 2. Is to house prisoners. Lets put emphasis on staffing our jail accordingly instead of emphasis on VIPER cars.

Anon 8:59 I too wonder why buice did'nt do anything about the v f w because I know for a fact that he knew that they were selling liquor illegally.I also know that according to buice he knew that there was some nudity going on there and that daily poker games were going on and that something needed to be done about it before somebody got killed over the amounts of money being lost there.These things I know personally because I myself have had conversations with him about this and he has known about it since at least August of last year. If you see him ask him yourself why he has allowed this to go on for 9 months and did nothing about it.
The crows nest needs to be shut down too! Can you imagine the illegal activity that goes on out there!!!!!!!
Why dont the sheriff do something about that? I have been told the city has tried by doing license checks to get the drunk drivers off the road but I think they were told to stop doing that because it was harassment.....wonder who complained?
If anyone wants to commit a crime, do it on the nights the crows nest is open, or I should say when everyone leaves the crows nest to go to Huddle House. From what I have wittnessed, it take all the city officers on duty and deputies to control the circus that goes on out there. I have never in my life seen so many people trying to get into on little place. Isnt there a fire code or something?

Shut down the crows nest no way they have got off duty deputies working out there.Buice aint going to do any thing about it because the crows nest is owned and run by one of the county commissioners.It's know as the good ole buddy system.
Rumor has it that......A couple of weeks ago, Griffin had their "Block Party" and 4 officers ended up in the hospital. All the leftovers from there went to the "club" then to the Huddle House. This weekend was emancipation proclamation day in Thomaston which ended in someone getting shot, fights at the "club" and then of course, they all went to the Huddle House. Enough people to fill all surrounding parking lots and rose ave. Cant wait till the black arts festival. I hope they set a date and keep it this year so that I can be sure to be out of town!

When you have an activity such as the emancipation day you need to act like real people instead of a bunch of crows and gorillas. Even though it is a celebration the laws still apply and if you break the law and become a bunch of out of hand monsters then you should be punished for your own misdeeds.

I want to know why the sheriff let things happen the way they did at the v.f.w.gambling liquor and who knows what else and he did'nt do anything about it.Sounds like to me turned his head on this one for political reasons just another example of his b s politics.
