government got involved and made a mess of viet nam. now they won't rest until they make an equal mess of iraq. pussy democrats are leading the way. they all need to let the military handle it. they will let government know when it's time to come home. our government should support the military.
local people are fighting the quarry. our local government turned tail and ran long ago. if you ain't involved, it ain't affecting you. stay the hell out of it. they have a right to protect what they want to.

i would really hate to see a democrap in office after GW for two reasons:
1. they would pull ALL the troops out and bring them home
2. they would then turn their backs on Iraq, Afghanistan, etc and act like nothing ever happened
I am not saying that pulling the troops out is a good or bad thing. But at this point it's not the right time. Those are brave men and women over there fighting for us, and I salute them.
If the democraps pull those troops and bring them home and then turn their backs like nothing happened, all we will see if 9/11 all over again. Only this time bigger, way bigger.
Think about it it took years to come up with the plan and strategy that they used to attack us, that obviously was when good ol' Clinton was in office. Apparently the democraps knew about it then and what did they do they turned their backs and acted like nothing was happening or going to happen. Yeah right!

As for the rock quarry, there is nothing you can do. Sure it's bringing headaches but it will bring jobs and money to this economy. Okay let's shut out an American business, but welcome a business from China. Makes a lot of sense doesn't it!

We could respect your opinion a little more if we thought you were intelligent enough to even spell simple words like Christian and hypocrite. Of course, republican is much too large a word for many of you so some allowances must be made. That's why spelling is important.
