If Rudy says he's guilty, is he really guilty or just saying that to pass the time? A few folks have said he didn't do anything wrong. So why plead guilty?

if it walks lile a duck and quacks like a duck, well you know the rest

Good. It will save the taxpayers money in the end. He'll serve time, and the taxpayers will not foot the bill on a long drawn out trial that would probably not result in much more time being served by Vaughn than he will get when his guilty plea is entered.

The judge and jury did not do justice in this case peggy should not have gotten away scott free!

What difference does it make. He made a plea and will serve time. It's all over now - get over it.

Maybe a year and a half at the most!!!!!!! Prisons are so overcrowded he wont be there long.

Say what???? He's not guilty???Where in the h--l do you get off saying that he didn't do anything wrong? He was caught with the goods in his household, he also pled guilty. Just tell me how in the h==l he is not guilty and as for peggy, she lived with him shared in the profits that came from the sales and participated in it all so she is also guilty in my book.

YOUR BOOK DON'T COUNT!

No my book don't count because it is for the justified not the unjustified. You know what they say about opinions? Opinions are like a--holes everybody's got one.

The only things that sticks in a person's head the longest are lies; and for people to believe for "certain" he is guilty, how would you know unless you yourself was there. Public officials lie also.

Yeah i'm sure they planted all of the evidence in his home just to make him look quilty. Come on now we may be country and redneck but we know if it walks like a duck and quacks like a duck then in all likelyhood it is a DUCK!! Is he a lamb in wolves clothing? He is the genuine article and if he is guilty he deserves what he gets.

Our DA should be ashamed!!!! Has he ever tried a case?
