Actually sold to the New York investment firm of Kohlberg Kravis Roberts (KKR), who's most notable deal was the leveraged buyout of RJR-Nabisco back in 1988. Traditionally they restructure the companies they buy, make them more efficient, then sell them. I would expect they will close any stores that are not profitable enough. Any idea of if the Barnesville store is a performer or laggard?
