sheriff's investigators pulling bank records...
in probe into alleged firefighters association account irregularities.
lead investigator says there are appearances of wrongdoing.
Man, I don't know who you are talking to 'cuz it sure isn't me. You must be the one sucking his azz - you little brown nose, east Griffin, trailor park @#$@#$@#$
he does investigate his own. in case you didnt notice he recentrly fired and jailed two wrong doers that were employers. others have lost their jobs as well for violation of department policy. come apply for a job and see how long you last
The fact is that depending on who you are and your status in the county as to how certain ones are treated.Look at those(6 or 7) who was working there to support their families and on january 1 2005 was told they no longer had jobs simply because jb didn't like or want them,they never had a chance to prove theirselves.The same applies to some going ons out side that dept as well but nothing is being done about it for example why hasn't jb investigated the allegations of misuse of county facilities,personnell,and money at the maintenance shop that was reported a month ago?Looks like to me the good ole boy system is alive and well.Anon 6:04 how long you last depends on how long jb likes you then your gone and nothing else matters THAT'S HOW LONG.
I have a problem with city crews going to a certain street in town and cleaning up the trash out of peoples yards. I heard they even had the fire truck over there washing down the streets. What the hell......I dont feel like cleaning up my yard sometimes....think the city will come do it for me?
You couldn't give me a job there with triple benefits and triple salary!! That is one nasty sh#t hole of a jail!! Inside and outside. It literally stinks when you walk in the door.
anon 8:04 you think JB is the first sheriff to can someone upon entering office? NO and he wont be the last. it's the nature of the beast. obviously these people werent doing their job under the last guy or were seen as a threat to the current administration. look at who his number one guy was when he came into office. gone now. and 12:07? you speaking from experience of HAVING to walk inside the jail?

I thought this was about the County Fire Dept.'s appropriation of donations. All I know is some dude came up to my house and told me I had to donate $40.00 and I told him to hit the road.
11:05...for your info, the guy that is taking up donations now with the picture packages is legit. Just to be safe, get their I.D., but I remembered him from years past. Just because there is an investigation, do not stop supporting your VFD. You may need them one day.
ANON 3:12, I like you!!! Maybe you and I could meet for lunch someday and chat a while. You could help my get on with the SO and tell me how to keep my job there. And I'm being serious, you seem to know alot about everyone there and how things works, who's lost their job, who's still there. What do you say?

anon 9:55 that sure was nice of 2:26 wasn't it but you better eat in a hurry because if the almighty sheriff sees you eating the bbq he worked so hard to take he'll be pissed and you'll BE FIRED.
