milner restaurateur randolph (rudy) vaughn was indicted today by a lamar county grand jury on 41 charges in connection with an interstate commercial cargo theft ring.
vaughn's live-in girlfriend, peggy ann dorsett, was indicted on 13 counts.
jerry lee vaughn was indicted on two counts.
lonnie d. hines was indicted on 10 counts.
the grand jury no-billed all the charges against tamiko shontee dorsett, clearing her.

the county has won the lottery....as soon as we can get 12 loyal right wing jurors, we can take this mans money and land...only in america..this man can not get a fair trial in Lamar co. ....not because he is black, but because he is a rich landowner and jurors are going to look after their beloved county in hopes it will reduce their taxes

To 5:35pm You are obviously blind, deaf, or a family member of Rudy. Where do you see a rich land owner? All the rest of the world can see is a thief who has stolen from everyone and everywhere to get what he has. It's evident that what he does have he has made or taken at the expense of many others. Black, I'm not surprised that this has not come up sooner as his defense, but I am sure it will be used before the end of the trial because it has been said in the community that everyone is just picking on Rudy because he is a black man that has made alot of money and people don't like it. Wake up Barnesville, this affects us all, like it or not. Try going out to eat at Outback, or buy a mower, ATV, or TV and YES at some point we all have to buy some of these items and yes Rudy is part of the reason for the prices that we pay. Sin or without sin it's called choices and consequences. It's time for them to pay and this time if he stays long enough it may do some good.
Did we ever hear about the people who bought tractors from these people? What happened to them, or did I miss something here.
