I hope this data, and the DA's presentation will bring a TRUE BILL and carry this case on to a trial by jury. I seems the Monday Morning Quarterbacks, and the self styled experts have had their say, I hope the Tax Payers get a chance to have their say.

I hope so too. Also hope all the rumors were just rumors.

Justice, I hope will prevail. If he is innocent as some say, explain the findings at his house, if you can! I know some say he worked hard and made his money and now some are just jealous, but in all honesty, he has taken from us all, we are already paying for what has been done. Every time you go out to eat at Outback Steak House, think of the freezers full of steak at his house, and think, the price you pay is partially because of people like Randolph. Equipment prices, TV prices etc. higher to compensate for people like him. He, no doubt, didn't learn his lesson while in jail in the past. If the time matches the crime maybe there will be a lesson learned.

Isn't that a picture of Officer Fogarty?

That's Steve Burge and he's the only hope the s.o. has of getting a true bill. Lamar could use a few more dedicated officers of his caliber.

in the D.A's presentation and in the Lamar and Pike County's Newspapers, what happened to the 2 main players. I know Robert Vaughn is in prision on a porole violation but Benjamin Harrison of Harrison Trucking Company where the cargo load of John Deere Tractors and the buried cargo truck was found in his back yard was not mentioned. Rumor has it that all charges were droped against this man because he politely showed the investigators his stash after he was caught. His wife also is employed for the Lamar County school system. I guess that's not worth mentioning. Oh well, the theif ring has broken to a chosen few.
