planning and zoning backs barnesville on reining in renters...

by a unanimous vote monday morning. the ordinance, expected to be approved by the council tonight, limits to two the number of unrelated persons who may rent a home in a R1 residential district within the city limits.

the ordinance is aimed at college students encroaching upon residential areas.

It probably, the ordinance, focus on the owners who rent just for the money, and to heck with everyone else.
