What's this about? I have not heard about this. Who and what happen?

I think they were taking peoples money and deposits for new cabinets and then not making the cabinets....several people were out a lot of money, as we all know how much new cabinets can cost.

The first signs of a slumping real estate market too.

Excuse me, maybe not the 'first' sign but a sign none the less.

The business apparently took deposits for the cabinets and never placed the orders. They maxed out their accounts with the cabinet makers. People work hard for their money and don't need "local" businesses taking advantage of them. I just hope that they get what's coming to them.

You folks are judging folks on heresay. The paper told one side, not telling the side of those accused. Why do we so quickly judge when we don't know all the facts? I guess to make interesting blogs and good town gossip.

Actually,
I know one of the families that was victimized by the cabinet company.
The "accused" have done this before b/c I have personally spoken with other people that have had the same dealings with the company. I guess taking half the money in someones savings account is not that big of a deal to you and that the accusers are now victims. Sheesh, give me a break!!!

anon 2:51,
Don't get me wrong, I was not saying they had not done these things. I am just saying ALL the facts were not there. I personally don't know everything, but I think it should be tried in court with all facts, not in the paper. If they are proven guilty, they should pay and pay dearly. I am an honest person, and I do not defend those who steal from others.
